Promote to production

Production mode will allows you to init real-world session for your user's. Production session will be verified by our AI and verification team and billed according to your sales contract.

Once your implementation is ready, you can go to production by requesting a promotion.

  1. Go to App Dashboard > Developer

  2. Click on the Promote to production button. The request will then be reviewed by our team and you will be notified by email when it is approved.

The production promotion process requires a manual verification on our side. It can take up to 24 hours.

  1. Once approved, you will have a Production API Key that you will need to you to init production session
